The process for the functional movement assessment is to fully evaluate your movement from a structural and functional perspective. This information used for training, conditioning, post- rehabilitation, and injury prevention for all individuals, regardless of age or ability. It is also an effective tool if you suffer from chronic or acute pain and or discomfort.
The Movement Assessment: evaluates individual posture, balance, flexibility, strength, movement, and agility. This allows us to create customized solutions to correct any structural or functional imbalances, improve strength, balance, movement, improve everyday and or sports performance and to reduce your risk of future injury.
The Lifestyle Assessment: addresses your day to day living. This is key to help us design and make proper recommendations to help you achieve complete health. It will focus on your medical health health history, your daily home, work, recreation and daily eating choices.
Based on the results of your Movement Profile, we will create a specialized program conducive to your physical needs and goals. Movement, balance, strength and flexibility and soft tissue may all be included in your one-on-one and and home programs. We will continue change the variables of your program as you progress, this will allow continual improvement. These individualized sessions are completely focused your needs to enhance your a one-on-one experience.
Group training is available off site at this time. We offer a variety of classes which, can tailored to meet your groups needs. Our classes can focus on, but are not limited to: balance, stability, strength, circuit training, seniors, youth and athletics.

To achieve true flexibility we will your improve full range of motion while keeping the body in an upright position therefore improving everyday movement. 626 utilizes the concept of True Function: functional 4-point contact (2-hands and 2-feet) in natural weight-bearing upright positions to allow the correct stretching of the human body. This program is ideal for restoring and maintaining muscle and joint flexibility in order to play, work, and feel better. 626 has the unique ability to safely stretch the body in all three planes of movement: the sagittal (forward and back), frontal (side-to-side) and the transverse (rotational) based on the principals of Applied Functional Science. These movements are essential for everything from day to day living, general fitness goals, to high end athletics.
We will perform a series of soft tissue techniques to restore muscle length, eliminate muscle restrictions, and improve muscle balance. This highly scientific process is a total-body approach enhancing training results, recovery, and reconditioning. This can include a variety of soft tissue treatments, along with flexibility.
